We want you to love your setup. If you don’t, we’ll make it right.
Effective Date: August 3, 2025

1. Returns

We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email support@jessesdesk.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A quick reason (so we can do better next time)

2. What’s Eligible

✅ Most regular-priced items in original condition
❌ Final sale, clearance, perishable goods (like snacks or tea), or personalized items
❌ Items returned used, damaged, or outside the 30-day window

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

Need a different item or color? Reach out—we’re happy to help set up an exchange when possible.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item?

We’ve got you. Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or issue a refund, fast.
